How to Use This Product

Wash hair with your favorite John Frieda Shampoo.
Apply a walnut-sized amount of the Salon Blonde toner to wet hair.
Leave in for 2-5 minutes (effect varies based on leave-in time and hair structure).
Rinse thoroughly and enjoy refreshed blonde tones.
Use ideally every 2-3 washes, alternating with your regular conditioner.
